What Happens After You Pay JPNentry
Updated: 21 hours ago
Payment starts work. It does not automatically authorize a product purchase.
JPNentry separates the paid sourcing service from the later purchase of goods. That protects both sides from rushed procurement, mismatched items and unsupported promises.
1. We match the payment
We verify the buyer identity, service, currency and amount. A screenshot alone is not treated as matched funds.
2. We match the intake
We connect the payment to the actual requirement. If one material detail is missing, we ask for that detail instead of guessing.
3. We run the purchased Japan-side scope
The work depends on the tier purchased: focused search, deeper multi-channel sourcing, or broader project-start research and coordination.
4. We verify evidence before making commercial claims
A retail listing is not automatically scalable B2B supply. Before a buyer-facing candidate or quote is relied on, JPNentry checks the evidence relevant to that transaction — such as exact specification, supplier route, current price, quantity, seller authority and practical procurement path.
5. We separate the next decision
If a viable route exists, the next step may be a goods quotation or procurement proposal. If the route is weak or unavailable, we say so. The sourcing fee does not guarantee stock, final price or successful procurement.
6. Procurement only begins after the commercial gate is clear
The exact item, buyer approval, matched funds for the relevant purchase, verified route and required commercial checks must align before JPNentry treats procurement as authorized.
