JPNentry uses targeted B2B outreach to identify potential buyers, suppliers, travel partners and service customers. This page states the standard we aim to follow.
Public business contacts
Outbound contact should use a public business contact, an existing business thread or another legitimate B2B contact route. Personal or private contact information should not be invented or guessed.
Relevance before volume
A company should be contacted because there is a reasonable connection between its visible business activity and the specific JPNentry offer or request.
One company, one active campaign touch
For a defined campaign, JPNentry aims to avoid sending the same offer repeatedly to multiple addresses at the same organization.
Existing threads are preferred
When a legitimate prior business conversation exists, a relevant follow-up should remain in that thread rather than create unnecessary duplicate threads.
Do-not-contact
A clear opt-out, complaint or do-not-contact request takes priority over future sales activity. The submitted address should be suppressed from further outbound sales contact.
Duplicate or irrelevant outreach
Recipients can report duplicate or irrelevant outreach through the Contact Preferences form.
No forced engagement
Many JPNentry sales messages explicitly state that no reply is necessary when the offer is not relevant.
No bypassing platform safety limits
If an email provider or connected service blocks or limits a send, JPNentry should not attempt to evade that safety control through another channel merely to force delivery.
