What we verify for a live requirementDepending on the item, we verify the exact specification, obtainable quantity, condition, current supplier or seller identity, current unit cost, Japan domestic freight, testing or evidence available, lead time, quote validity, return/cancellation terms and relevant export limitations.
What counts as stock evidenceCurrent supplier confirmation, current dated inventory evidence, current quote or direct seller response can support an availability claim. Old listings, cached pages and historical marketplace records are treated only as market signals until commercially verified.
Before a buyer-facing numeric quoteJPNentry checks procurement cost, Japan domestic freight, inspection/testing where relevant, packing/documents, international freight when known, insurance when relevant, payment fees, FX and return risk, and JPNentry margin. Unknown items remain identified as unknown rather than being invented.
Payment and procurement gatePayment instructions are issued only after explicit buyer acceptance or within a clearly defined paid Rescue Ticket flow. JPNentry does not commit inventory, place a binding purchase order, make a supplier transfer or reserve stock with JPNentry funds without the required approval gate.
