JPNentry Proof Standard: What We Count — and What We Do Not

JPNentry Proof Standard

Trust is easier to damage than to build. JPNentry therefore uses a public proof standard for every metric, case note and milestone it publishes.

Four proof classes

• Execution Metric — work actually performed, such as verified outreach, replies or qualified sourcing actions.

• Live Pipeline — an open commercial opportunity, quote, RFQ or buyer requirement that has not yet become a completed transaction.

• Infrastructure — a system, checkout, operating control or workflow that is live and usable, but is not itself customer traction.

• Completed Outcome — a verified commercial milestone such as paid, procured, shipped, delivered or repeat order, supported by matching transaction evidence.

Publication rules

• Every public number must have an internal evidence source.

• Open quoted value must be labelled quoted/open and never described as revenue.

• Buyer names are not published without a clear reason and appropriate permission; live sourcing examples are anonymized by default.

• Supplier stock is not claimed from a retail listing alone.

• A first payment, shipment or repeat order becomes a separate completed milestone rather than being mixed into prospecting statistics.

• Old metrics are refreshed or retired instead of silently remaining on the site indefinitely.

The standard we are aiming for

A prospective buyer should be able to tell the difference between what JPNentry has built, what JPNentry is actively working on, and what JPNentry has already completed. That distinction is part of the product.
