Sendai is our primary operating base. Ishigaki and Yaeyama projects are coordinated with local partners on a project basis. We do not represent that we maintain a permanent office or facility in Ishigaki.

What JPNentry FIELD doesWe help companies that already have a product or service but need a realistic place to validate it. Typical projects include SaaS and AI, hospitality technology, multilingual and inbound services, mobility and logistics, retail and food-service concepts, sports and fitness, education, and other B2B services.

How the pilot works1. Define the business question to validate. 2. Identify the right type of host site. 3. Approach and coordinate candidate partners. 4. Run a limited pilot with an agreed scope. 5. Collect operational and user feedback. 6. Summarize outcomes and the next commercial action.

Pilot areasSendai / Miyagi: primary operating base for urban, retail, hospitality, sports, education and community pilots.

Ishigaki / Yaeyama: project-based field coordination with local partners, particularly for tourism, hospitality, inbound and island-market use cases.

Other Japan: considered case by case when the project has a clear target and practical implementation path.

Commercial structureFIELD START — ¥55,000 one-time. Initial requirement review, pilot design, feasibility check, host profile definition and outreach preparation.

PILOT — typically ¥165,000–¥330,000. Scope varies by number of sites, implementation work, data collection and local coordination, so we provide a written quote before payment.

FIELD PARTNER — from ¥110,000/month. Ongoing partner development, outreach, coordination and reporting within an agreed monthly scope. Larger scopes are quoted separately.

Any success fee is used only when separately defined and agreed in writing before the relevant activity.
