Vehicle identity
Send make, model, exact grade if known, model year range, engine, drivetrain and body type. Add model code if it matters to your market.
Condition target
Include mileage ceiling, auction grade target, interior grade, color preferences and any accident or repair-history restrictions.
Commercial target
State quantity, target buying price, currency and whether that target means vehicle-only, Japan-side total, FOB or CIF. Without a price basis, the number can be misunderstood.
