  • Listings are signals, not proof of supplyA public listing, old catalog page or marketplace result does not automatically mean an item is currently available. JPNentry treats those sources as leads until current availability and commercial terms are verified with the seller or supplier.
  • We verify the full cost stack before quotingBefore a buyer-facing commercial quote is treated as firm, we work to verify procurement cost, Japan domestic freight, inspection or testing where relevant, packing and documentation, international freight, payment fees and reasonable risk buffers. We do not invent freight, duties, delivery times or savings.
  • Evidence mattersFor hard-to-find industrial parts, useful evidence may include exact model confirmation, condition, available quantity, supplier identity, current price, lead time, quote validity, test or condition evidence and the date of verification. The goal is an evidence-backed option, not a guess.
  • Buyer approval comes before irreversible spendWhere commercially possible, JPNentry structures procurement so the buyer approves the verified option before JPNentry commits inventory or other irreversible spend. Supplier purchase, deposits and binding commitments are not made casually.
