Trust is damaged when marketing language is stronger than the evidence behind it. JPNentry aims to separate verified facts, estimates, internal diagnostic judgments and future targets.

Testimonials and endorsements

JPNentry should not publish a customer or partner testimonial as an endorsement unless the statement and attribution are genuine and the use is permitted.

Case studies

A case study should distinguish what actually happened from what was proposed or expected. Confidential commercial information should not be disclosed without permission.

Supplier and stock claims

A supplier website, marketplace listing or third-party statement is not automatically treated as verified stock. Confirmation level should be stated where material.

AI Visibility scores

Any JPNentry AI Visibility score is an internal prioritization framework. It is not an official metric issued by OpenAI, Google, Microsoft or another AI/search provider.

Sales and ranking claims

JPNentry does not claim that a diagnostic or optimization recommendation guarantees rankings, leads, bookings, revenue or inclusion in an AI answer.

Commercial estimates

Freight, exchange-rate, lead-time and landed-cost estimates should be labeled as indicative until the relevant provider or supplier confirms them.

Current versus historical evidence

Where information can change materially, the relevant date or validity basis should be stated instead of presenting an old figure as current.

When evidence is incomplete

The preferred response is to say what remains unconfirmed and what must be checked next.
