JPNentry handles commercial information on a need-to-know basis for the purpose of evaluating, verifying or executing the requested service.
Typical information we may receive
- RFQ sheets, part numbers, quantities and target prices
- Product specifications, photos, model / chassis information
- Travel group requirements, dates, participant information and service preferences
- Quotations, supplier replies, freight indications and commercial terms
- Screenshots or files submitted to verify a JPNentry message or payment request
How the information is used
We use submitted information to evaluate the relevant request, communicate with potential suppliers or partners when necessary, prepare recommendations / quotations, verify commercial conditions and manage the associated project record.
Data minimization
We prefer the minimum information necessary to perform the requested work. Sensitive personal information that is not needed for a sourcing, travel or verification task should not be sent.
Third-party sharing
Where a live project requires supplier, operator, logistics or other third-party checks, the relevant commercial or technical details may need to be shared with those parties. We aim to limit that sharing to what is necessary for the check or transaction.
Passwords and authentication
JPNentry does not ask customers to send passwords, one-time authentication codes or remote-access credentials.
Payment-card data
For published card-payment services, payment collection is handled through Stripe-hosted payment pages. JPNentry does not ask customers to email card numbers or security codes.
Verification submissions
Files and screenshots submitted through the Trust & Verification Request are used to determine whether the referenced communication, quote, invoice, supplier claim or payment request is genuine and to respond to the requester.
Need clarification?
If you need a data-handling condition to be confirmed in writing for a specific project, ask before sending commercially sensitive material.
