This policy is intended to make commercial expectations clear before money changes hands.
Service fees
Published one-time services such as AI Visibility Audit and Priority RFQ Verification are charged at the price shown on the official JPNentry service page and Stripe payment page at the time of purchase.
Work starts after the required intake information and the service payment are both confirmed.
Goods and sourcing transactions
A sourcing-verification service fee does not include the cost of goods, freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, third-party inspection fees or supplier charges unless explicitly stated in a written quotation.
For goods transactions, the purchase/payment structure is agreed after the item, source, specification, quantity, price and commercial basis have been confirmed.
No hidden substitution
If a buyer requests genuine/OEM only, we do not replace it with aftermarket, refreshed or used product without explicit approval.
No artificial guarantees
We do not guarantee supplier stock, manufacturer pricing, export approval, freight capacity, customs clearance, AI ranking, leads, bookings or sales unless a specific contractual guarantee is explicitly written.
Changes and validity
Supplier stock, exchange rates, manufacturer pricing, freight rates and availability can change. Quotations may therefore have a stated validity period or require reconfirmation before order placement.
Refund / cancellation basis
For diagnostic or verification services, once substantive work has started, the fee covers the research/verification work and not a guaranteed commercial outcome. If JPNentry has not started the paid service, a cancellation request can be reviewed before work begins.
Disputes and verification
If you are uncertain whether a payment request, invoice or email is genuine, do not pay first. Use the Trust & Verification Request form and ask us to verify it.
