What we verifyDepending on the requirement, we verify the exact item or specification, supplier or seller identity, available quantity, condition, current cost, domestic logistics, evidence available, timing and commercial limitations. For industrial rescue sourcing, we also record whether a supplier reports in-stock, no-stock, discontinued, can-source, alternative, used, refurbished or new-old-stock status when that information is actually received.
What we never claim without evidenceWe do not claim guaranteed stock, guaranteed savings, guaranteed lead times, guaranteed fitment or guaranteed condition unless those points are specifically verified and documented for the requirement. Historical listings are not treated as current inventory.
GHOST STOCK is demand-firstGHOST STOCK is JPNentry's Japan Hidden Stock Activation Network for obsolete, discontinued, EOL and hard-to-find Japanese industrial parts. It is not a generic marketplace. We start with a real buyer requirement and then search Japan-side routes that may match it.
Paid rescue work has a defined purposeWhen a request is not yet quote-ready and requires meaningful Japan-side research, a paid Rescue Ticket may be appropriate. When a buyer already provides a complete exact RFQ with item, quantity and destination, we move toward sourcing and quotation rather than forcing an unnecessary research fee.
A commercial quote follows verificationA buyer-facing quote should reflect verified supply evidence and the relevant direct costs. If stock or supplier cost is still unverified, we keep preliminary numbers internal and communicate what is still being checked.
